About

Adam
Roozen.

I build technology systems and trade my own capital. Thirty years of it, from writing my own card encryption in high school to running e-commerce at Sam's Club to building agent systems now.

Who I am

I started by writing code. Transactional websites in high school, back when payment processors did not exist, so I wrote the card encryption myself. I joined Walmart as a programmer analyst while the company was building its online presence.

At Sam's Club (Walmart) I ran e-commerce marketing while the channel grew from $700M to $1B, and led the build of its $56M technology platform. Then I co-founded Echidnaand scaled it to 200 people across three continents, working with Kohl's, Michael Kors, Toys 'r Us, Lowe's and Aveda among others.

Today I am CEO of Isotropic Solutions, founded by Seran Devaraj, where we build governed agent workforces: agents do the operational work, a person signs off, and every decision keeps its evidence. The other half of that job is getting a business ready for the day its buyers send an AI ahead of them.

Alongside that I run business automation experiments testing how much of a business can operate without people, and I have traded my own capital for ten years. The software I build for myself tends to be the software I end up building for everyone else, which is the point.

How Adam works

Adam works directly with leadership. Not through teams of junior associates. Every engagement involves direct access to Adam's thinking, experience, and judgment.

He is selective about who he works with. The engagements that produce the best results are with organizations that have a genuine problem and a leadership team committed to solving it. Not companies looking for a slide deck to justify a decision that's already been made.

Engagements range from focused advisory sessions and strategy sprints to ongoing retained relationships with boards and executive teams. The right structure depends on the problem.
